The platform carries more than 1,000 international beauty brands and over 17,000 products, runs fully bilingual in English and Arabic, and delivers across all six GCC markets: UAE, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain, and Oman. The investment moves Elshorafa Co. from advisor to co-owner, extending its ecosystem model where clients get strategy, performance marketing, and now shared equity commitment under one roof.

DUBAI, UAE, July 24, 2026

Elshorafa Co. has become a shareholder and official launch partner in RaviaCare, the premium beauty, cosmetics, and personal care e-commerce platform built together with Marena Group. As part of the agreement, Mohammed Elshorafa, Chairman of Elshorafa Co., joins the RaviaCare Board. The move takes Elshorafa Co. beyond its consultancy mandate and into co-ownership of one of the most ambitious beauty e-commerce launches the GCC has seen this year.

RaviaCare is a bilingual English and Arabic online destination for beauty products, skincare, haircare, cosmetics, mother and baby care, and health and wellness. The platform carries more than 1,000 international brands and over 17,000 products, each listed in both languages, with authentic European stock delivered by DHL Express across all six GCC markets: the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain, and Oman.

The platform is currently in its pre-launch phase. The storefront is live, the full catalog is online, and the team is completing the final layer of preparation before the full commercial launch: performance marketing infrastructure, conversion tracking, and a phased media rollout across the Gulf. Elshorafa Co. has led the strategic groundwork since the beginning and now steps into the launch with equity on the table.

What Is RaviaCare?

RaviaCare is a premium beauty and personal care e-commerce venture founded under Marena Group. The proposition is direct: the depth of a European pharmacy and beauty catalog, localized properly for the Gulf. That means a fully bilingual store where every product page exists in English and Arabic, pricing displayed in local currencies, and door-to-door express delivery to every GCC market.

The catalog spans the categories Gulf consumers actually search for: skincare and skincare routines, haircare and hair treatments, cosmetics and makeup, nail care, oral care, fragrance, mother and baby essentials, and everyday health and wellness products designed to support personal care goals. With over 1,000 brands on the shelf, RaviaCare positions itself as a house of brands rather than a single-label store, giving shoppers one checkout for the brands they already trust.

Behind the storefront sits months of quiet engineering: a catalog migration covering more than 17,000 products in perfect English to Arabic parity, complete product descriptions and search-optimized metadata in both languages, and a technical foundation that scores 100 out of 100 on Google PageSpeed SEO checks.

Why Beauty, Why Now: The Search Demand Data

The decision to invest was not sentimental. It followed the same research-first discipline Elshorafa Co. applies to every client engagement, starting with what GCC consumers are searching for right now.

Ahrefs search data pulled this week tells the story. In the UAE, "how to start a skincare routine" draws around 3,000 searches a month, "korean skincare" around 1,400, and "cosmetics" around 1,300. In Saudi Arabia, "beauty products" pulls around 1,400 monthly searches with a keyword difficulty of just 6 out of 100, and "cosmetics" adds another 1,200. Demand is deep, and on many commercial terms the organic competition is still thin. That combination, high intent and low difficulty, is exactly the window an e-commerce launch wants to enter through.

The same data shows why strategy is the differentiator. "Marketing strategy" alone attracts around 1,200 monthly searches in the UAE at a difficulty of 77, which is a crowded conversation. Winning in GCC beauty e-commerce will not come from generic playbooks. It will come from bilingual content built for how Khaleeji consumers actually search, category depth competitors cannot match, and disciplined performance marketing. RaviaCare is built for all three.

From Advisor to Co-Owner: The Ecosystem Step

Elshorafa Co. has spent the last years building an ecosystem around one idea: a client should be able to move from company formation to commercial growth without changing partners. Entityz handles business setup in the UAE. Elshorafa Co. handles strategy, performance marketing, and conversion rate optimization. The RaviaCare shareholding adds the third layer: ownership.

Taking equity in RaviaCare means Elshorafa Co. wins only if the venture wins. The frameworks that produced results across 150+ client projects, from Meta Ads scaling systems to Google Ads architecture to full-funnel conversion optimization, are now deployed for a business the firm partly owns. For existing and future clients, the signal matters: the consultancy trusts its own methodology enough to invest behind it.

Mohammed Elshorafa joins the RaviaCare Board to oversee that alignment directly, bringing the same chairman-level involvement he applies at Elshorafa Co. to RaviaCare's growth agenda, from brand and category strategy through to media investment decisions.

What Comes Next

The pre-launch runway is nearly complete. The next phase covers the full commercial launch: a phased performance marketing rollout across the GCC, bilingual campaign creative built for each market, and continuous conversion optimization on the storefront.

Elshorafa Co. is excited to be part of this project at every level: strategist, launch partner, shareholder, and board seat. The team will share launch milestones and results on this blog as the rollout progresses.

We have advised brands for years on how to enter and win GCC markets. With RaviaCare we are putting our own capital behind our own playbook. When your consultant is also your shareholder, the incentives are perfectly aligned, and that is the standard we want to set for how we work with every client.
