We do not quote before we look. The first step is a paid diagnostic: fixed scope, fixed fee, agreed before it starts. You get the findings and the plan in writing, then the scope and the price for the build. If two pages carry the problem, we will tell you that instead of selling a full redesign.

Rebuilding the few pages that lose people runs about 4 to 6 weeks. A full site, with research, testing and build, runs about 10 to 14 weeks. The variable is usually your side: content, sign-off, and access to real customers. We agree the dates in the scope before the work starts, and we report against them weekly.

Most sites do not need a rebuild. We look at where people give up first. If three pages carry the problem, we rebuild those three and leave the rest alone. A full redesign earns its cost when the structure itself is wrong, when the content has outgrown the menu, or when the site cannot be made to work properly on a phone.

Yes, and it is not a translation job. Arabic reads right to left, so the whole layout mirrors: the navigation, the forms, the icons, and the direction of every arrow. We build the Arabic version properly and write it fresh, never machine-translated. Then we test both versions with users who read in that language.
