RevOps & Organizational Architecture
RevOps, short for revenue operations, joins marketing, sales and customer service into one system with one set of numbers. Most companies lose leads in the gaps between teams and tools. We design the CRM, the lead stages and the handoffs, automate the follow up, and set who owns each step. Organizational architecture is the people side: the roles, the reporting lines and the rhythm of reviews.
Results
No lead falls between teams
Every lead has a stage, an owner and a next step, from the first form to the signed deal.
One number for the whole funnel
Marketing, sales and finance read the same pipeline, so the meeting is about decisions, not about whose figure is right.
Less manual work, fewer layers
Routine follow up, assignment and reporting run on automation, so your people spend their time selling.
Scope
CRM Architecture
We design the CRM around how you sell: the records, fields, pipelines and stages, in HubSpot, monday.com, or the CRM you already use.
Lead Stages Everyone Agrees On
We define what a lead, a qualified lead and a customer mean, so marketing, sales and finance count the same thing.
Automated Follow Up and Handoffs
New leads are routed, assigned and followed up on time, by rules, not by memory. Nothing waits in an inbox.
CRM Optimization and Clean Data
We remove duplicates, fix broken fields and close the gaps that make reports wrong, then keep the data clean with rules.
Roles, Reporting Lines and Review Rhythm
We map who owns each step from lead to renewal, set the reporting lines, and design the weekly and monthly reviews that keep the system running.

Engagement
- 01
Paid diagnostic
We map how a lead moves today, from the first click to the signed deal, and write where it is lost and what we would fix first. The document is yours whether or not we carry on.
- 02
Scoped engagement
We build the CRM, the stages and the automations against a written scope, with one senior lead on the account.
- 03
Retainer or handover
We run and improve the system with you every month, or we train your team and hand over the documentation.
Fixed scope, fixed fee, agreed before it starts
FAQ
What is RevOps?
RevOps, or revenue operations, runs marketing, sales and customer service as one system. It sets one CRM, one set of lead stages, one owner per step and one set of numbers. The aim is simple: fewer lost leads and a pipeline you can trust.
What is organizational architecture?
It is the design of how your team is set up to do the work: the roles, who reports to whom, who decides what, and how often the team meets to review. A good CRM with the wrong structure still loses leads.
Which CRMs do you work with?
Mostly HubSpot and monday.com, and the CRM you already have when it can do the job. We advise a switch only when the current tool blocks the process.
What does CRM optimization include?
Cleaning duplicates and broken fields, fixing the pipeline stages, setting the rules for routing and follow up, and rebuilding the reports so they match reality. We start with the step where most leads are lost.
Do we need to change our CRM?
Usually not. Most problems come from how the CRM was set up, not from the tool. We fix the setup first. If the tool truly cannot do what the business needs, we say so and plan the move.
How does RevOps connect to our ads?
When the lead stages are clean, we send qualified leads and closed deals back to Google and Meta. The ads then learn from real buyers instead of form fills. That link is part of our Data Instrumentation work.
How long does a RevOps project take?
It depends on the number of teams, tools and stages involved. The diagnostic maps that first, and the written scope gives you a date for each phase before any work starts.
What does RevOps cost?
We do not publish a price, because the work depends on your team, your tools and your sales process. Every engagement starts with a paid diagnostic: fixed scope, fixed fee, agreed before it starts.
