What a Power BI Dashboard Actually Does
A Power BI dashboard puts every number you run the business on into one screen, updated on its own. Most companies already hold the data. It sits in Shopify, in Meta, in Google and in a dozen spreadsheets, and nobody has the time to join it up. We connect those sources, agree the ten numbers that actually matter, and build the view. Then your Monday meeting starts with facts instead of guesses.
What Changes for You
One screen instead of four logins
Sales, ad spend, return and traffic in Power BI, Microsoft's dashboard tool, refreshed on its own. No monthly copy and paste.
Monday meetings that start with facts
The room reads the same numbers at the same time, so the hour goes on the decision rather than on whose figure is right.
A number behind every call you make
Stock orders, budget shifts and channel cuts get made against what the data says, and the reason is on record.
What You Get
Power BI Dashboards
One screen, refreshed by itself, showing the ten numbers you actually run the business on.
Who You Are Up Against
We score the companies you compete with on price, offer, advertising and site, then show you the gap you can take.
A Plan With Dates and Owners
Every action carries a start date, one named owner, and the number it has to move. You can hold someone to it.
The Few Numbers Worth Watching
We agree your KPIs, the few numbers you judge the business on, and cut the rest, so the report stays readable.
Forecasting What Comes Next
We use your past 12 months to estimate next quarter, so you order stock and set budget against a number, not a feeling.

How We Engage
- 01
Paid diagnostic
We read your systems, agree the KPIs, and write what we would build and in what order. The document is yours whether or not we carry on.
- 02
Scoped build
We connect the sources and build the dashboard against the written scope, with one senior lead on the account. Fixed scope, fixed fee, agreed before it starts.
- 03
Retainer or handover
You keep us on monthly to extend the model as the business changes, or we hand over the file and the documentation to your own team.

Frequently Asked Questions
What does a Power BI dashboard cost?
It depends on how many sources we have to join and how clean they are, so we do not quote from a menu. We start with a paid diagnostic: we look at your data, write what we would build and in what order, and price the build from that. Fixed scope, fixed fee, agreed before it starts. The diagnostic document is yours either way.
How long does a dashboard take to build?
A first working version takes about 3 to 4 weeks once we have access to the accounts. Week one is the diagnostic and the KPI agreement, weeks two and three are the connections and the build, and the last week is testing against your own records. Extra sources or messy historical data push it to 6 weeks.
Is this worth it for a small business in the UAE?
Yes, if you are already making decisions off more than two systems. A company with one sales channel and one ad account does not need this. Once you are reading Shopify, Meta, Google and a spreadsheet in the same week, the hours you lose joining them up cost more than the build does.
What do you need from us to start?
Read access to the systems that hold your numbers, usually the store, the ad accounts, the analytics and any sales sheet your team keeps. One person on your side who can answer questions about how the business counts a sale. That is it. We do not need your team to prepare or clean anything first.
When is a dashboard the wrong thing to build?
When nobody has agreed what to measure. A dashboard makes a decision faster, it does not make it for you. If two people in the business define a lead differently, fix that first, or the screen will just move the argument. We will say so in the diagnostic rather than take the build.
What is a Power BI dashboard?
It is a live report built in Power BI, Microsoft's dashboard tool. It connects straight to your systems, so the figures update on their own instead of being copied into a slide once a month. You open one link and see sales, ad spend, return and website traffic on the same screen, filtered by date, channel or product.
Can it pull from Shopify, Meta and Google at once?
Yes. Those three are the common set, and we usually add Google Analytics and whatever sheet your finance side keeps. Each source connects on its own schedule and lands in one model, so a sale, the ad that produced it and the cost sit on the same row. WooCommerce, Salla and most CRMs connect the same way.
Who updates the dashboard after handover?
Nobody has to. The connections refresh on their own, on the schedule we set with you. What does need a person is change: a new product line, a new channel, a new way of counting. You keep us on monthly for that, or we hand over the model and the written documentation and your team edits it.
Do you also forecast, or only report what already happened?
Both. Reporting is the base, and on top of it we add predictive modeling, using last year's numbers to estimate next quarter. It is an estimate, not a promise, and we label it as one on the screen. It is accurate enough to set a stock order or an ad budget against, which is what it is for.

Ready to see your numbers?
Send us read access to one system, usually the store or the ad account. We will show you what the first screen would hold before you commit to anything.
