The Short Answer

What is AI consulting?

AI consulting means finding the jobs in your business a machine can do well, and the ones it cannot. Most companies start with the wrong job and give up. We look at your week, pick the two or three tasks that eat the most hours, and build the tools for those first. That covers writing, reporting, customer replies, and the prompts your team uses every day. You keep the hours you save.

What Changes for You

Hours back every week

The two or three tasks that eat the most time stop being done by hand. Your team counts the hours saved, not us.

One set of instructions everyone uses

Your prompts live in one place, written down and tested, so every person gets the same quality of answer from the same tool.

A clear line around what AI may touch

You get a short written policy, so nobody pastes a client contract or a price list into a public AI tool.

What You Get

AI Built Around Your Own Work

We build the tool around your actual process, not a template.

Letting Software Handle the Repeat Work

The jobs your team does the same way every week, the copying, the sorting, the chasing, get handed to software that never gets bored of them.

Answers Pulled Out of Your Own Data

We use machine learning, software that gets better at a task the more examples it sees, to read your own numbers and flag what is changing before you feel it.

Every Customer Sees What Fits Them

Personalization, showing returning buyers something different from first-time visitors, applied to your site, your emails, and your ads.

Rules to Keep Your AI Safe and Fair

A short written policy on what staff may put into an AI tool and what must never leave the company.

How We Engage

  1. 01

    Paid diagnostic

We sit with your team, log where the hours go, run the Data Readiness Check on what you already hold, and write the build order. The document is yours whether or not we carry on.

  2. 02

    Scoped build

We build the two or three tools at the top of that list, write the prompts, and test them on your real cases. Scope and fee are agreed in writing before anyone starts.

  3. 03

    Retainer or handover

We stay on monthly to keep the prompts and the tools current, or we train your team and hand over the library and the policy.

Fixed scope, fixed fee, agreed before it starts

Frequently Asked Questions

What does an AI project cost?

It starts with a paid diagnostic, priced on the size of your team and the number of processes we review. The build that follows is quoted as one fixed scope and one fixed fee, agreed in writing before anyone starts. We do not quote a build before the diagnostic tells us what is worth building, because that is how you end up paying for the wrong tool.

How long before we see hours saved?

The diagnostic takes about two weeks. The first tool is usually running four to six weeks after that, because we start with the smallest task that eats the most time. Larger work, such as a model trained on your own data, runs longer. The dates go into the scope, and we report against them every week.

Is my company too small for this?

If the same task is done by hand every week by more than one person, the work pays back. Below that it usually does not, and we will tell you that in the diagnostic rather than sell you a build. Size matters less than whether your process is repeatable and written down somewhere other than in somebody's head.

What do you need from us to start?

Access to the tools your team already uses, a rough log of how last week was actually spent, and one person who can answer questions and approve decisions. If your data lives in spreadsheets, that is fine, we do the joining. The one thing we cannot supply is your team's own knowledge of how the work really gets done.

What could go wrong?

Two things, usually. Staff quietly go back to the old way because the new tool is slower on the first attempt, which is why we train and then measure. Or the data turns out thinner than expected, which the Data Readiness Check catches before you spend on a build. Both are recoverable, and both are far cheaper to find early.

What is prompt engineering?

Prompt engineering means writing the instructions you give an AI tool, so it gives the same good answer every time. Left to individuals, ten people write ten different instructions and get ten different qualities of answer. We write the prompts once, test them against your real cases, and hand your team a library they reuse.

Do I need large amounts of data to benefit from AI?

You do not need a mountain of data. We start from models that are already trained and teach them your specific case. What matters more is that the data you do hold is clean, current, and in one place, which is exactly what the Data Readiness Check looks at before anything gets built.

How do you keep AI fair and safe?

We write down what the tool is allowed to decide and what a person must sign off. We test it on the cases where it could treat one group worse than another, and we keep a record of why it answered the way it did. Your staff get a short written policy on what may never be pasted into a public AI tool.

Which tasks should we hand to AI first?

Start with tasks that are repeated, written down, and low risk if the first draft is wrong. Writing, reporting, first-draft replies, and sorting incoming enquiries all qualify. Anything that ends in a final decision about a person, a price, or a contract stays with a human until the tool has a record you trust.

Will this replace anyone on my team?

That is not what we sell. The tools take the repeat work off the people you already pay, so those hours move to work only a person can do. If you are buying this to cut headcount, say so at the diagnostic stage, because the build order for that goal is different and we would rather hear it than find out later.
