Data Instrumentation
Data instrumentation is the setup that records what happens on your site and in your sales. It covers Google Tag Manager, the tool that holds your tags, plus GA4, the Meta Pixel and Conversions API, Google Ads conversions, and leads sent back from your CRM. When this layer is wrong, every report and every ad decision is wrong too. We audit it, fix it, and keep it clean.
Results
Every sale counted once
No double counting between the pixel and the server, so the return you report is the return you made.
Ads that learn from real buyers
Qualified leads and closed sales flow back to Google and Meta, so the bidding aims at people who buy.
A tracking map anyone can read
Every tag, event and owner is written down, so the next hire or agency does not start from zero.
Scope
A Full Tag Audit
We read your Google Tag Manager container and every tag on the site, then list what is broken, doubled, missing, or not yours at all.
Google Tag Manager, Built Clean
One container, clearly named tags, a clean data layer, which is the list of events your site sends, and a written map of what fires where.
GA4 and Ad Platform Conversions
We set up GA4, the Meta Pixel and Conversions API, and Google Ads conversions with enhanced conversions, then check that each sale is counted once.
Server-Side Tracking
We move key tags to a server you control, so fewer events are lost to ad blockers and browser limits, and you decide what data leaves your site.
Leads and Sales Sent Back to the Ads
We send qualified leads and closed sales from your CRM back to Google and Meta, so the ads learn from real buyers, not from form fills.

FAQ
What is data instrumentation?
It is the setup that records what people do on your site and what they buy. It includes Google Tag Manager, GA4, the ad platform pixels, server-side tracking and the link between your CRM and your ads. Every report and every ad decision sits on top of it.
What is Google Tag Manager?
Google Tag Manager, or GTM, is a free Google tool that holds all the tracking tags for your site in one place. Tags can be added and changed without editing the site code. A clean GTM container is the first thing we check.
Why do my Meta and Shopify numbers not match?
Usually for one of three reasons: the same purchase is sent twice, events are blocked by the browser, or each platform counts sales by its own rules. We find which one applies to you and fix the parts that can be fixed.
What is the Meta Conversions API?
It is Meta's way to receive events from your server instead of the visitor's browser, so fewer events are lost to ad blockers. It has to be set up to remove duplicates with the pixel, or each sale is counted twice.
What is server-side tracking?
Tags normally run in the visitor's browser. Server-side tracking sends events through a server you control first. You lose fewer events, pages load faster, and you decide what data goes to each platform.
Can you send our CRM leads back to Google Ads?
Yes. We match each lead in your CRM to the ad click that brought it, then upload qualified leads and closed sales as offline conversions. Google then bids for people like your real buyers instead of anyone who fills a form.
Do you handle visitor consent?
Yes. We set up consent mode, so tags respect each visitor's choice. This matters most for visitors from Europe, where GDPR applies, and we follow the consent rules of each market you sell in.
How long does a tracking fix take?
It depends on how many platforms, forms and stores are involved. The audit comes first and tells us. You get the dates in the written scope before any build starts.
