How does an engagement start?
It starts with a paid diagnostic. We read your data, your site and your market, then write what we would do and in what order. The document is yours whether or not we carry on. Fixed scope, fixed fee, agreed before it starts.
What does a monthly retainer cover?
A retainer covers the agreed scope of work, one senior lead on the account, weekly execution, and a monthly report on what we spent, what it returned, and what we are changing next. The scope is written down before the month begins.
Which markets do you work in?
The UAE and the wider MENA region, including Saudi Arabia and Egypt, are the core markets, and we work in English and Arabic. We also serve clients in Europe, the UK included, and the US. If your market is one we do not know well enough to advise on, we say so before you sign anything.
How are results reported?
You get the raw numbers, not a summary of them. Reporting runs monthly, on the same dashboard we use, and it shows what was spent, what came back, and what changes next. If a number is not sourced, we label it rather than round it up.
