Fix the checkout first, then the cart, then the product page. On most Shopify stores selling in the UAE those three pages hold the largest recoverable loss, because they sit closest to the payment. In checkout, allow guest checkout, show the full cost including VAT before the final step, and offer the payment methods buyers here actually use, including cash on delivery. In the cart, remove every distraction and state delivery time in days. On the product page, answer shipping, returns, and who the product is for before the buyer has to ask, and put reviews with photos under the price. Run English and Arabic as two separate pages, never one page carrying both. Then test one change at a time against the version it replaced, so the lift is traceable to that change.
